Water is the driving force of all nature.

Water is crucial to our wellbeing, especially considering our bodies are mostly made up of the stuff (about 65%). In recent years I started drinking a lot more water than I used to. I cringe thinking back to when I was a teenager and in my early twenties when I would never drink it. Back then it was all coke, lemonade and other fizzy drinks full of nothing but sugar (practically poison in a glass!). Now though, if my eyes feel a little dry or achy, I down a tall glass of water. If my joints are acting up, I'll do the same. If my tummy is feeling a little blocked, out comes the water. And it always helps to soothe and bring my body back to where it should be. So next time you're feeling a little thirsty, don't immediately open a can of coke, have a refreshing glass of H20 - your body will thank you for it!
Nothing quenches your thirst but water IMO.
