WOW... I absolutely could not put this book down. I loved the characters, particularly Vee (I pictured her like a younger version of the kookie girl in Criminal Minds).
I thought the story flowed particularly well and the pace was spot on... I found myself desperate to know who the bad guy was (although I did have my own theory, which proved correct in the end!).
It's no wonder that Becca Fitzpatrick is a New York Times bestselling author... she writes beautifully and concisely, perfect for the YA readers she writes for, as well as for us 'slightly' older folk!
I am looking forward to reading the sequel, Crescendo, and any others that she might pen in the not too distant future. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in the paranormal.
